I've been doing considerable research on vinyl stripes for my 05 new-to-me Mustang GT - probably way more research than I should. I found a lot of vendors who would like to sell me really great looking stripes at a reasonable price, but.... the stripes are made of "calendared" vinyl.

From what I've been able to find out, cast vinyl will look better longer. It seems like most stripe vendors are using calendared, because they can be price competitive, even if the quality is below what most people think they are getting.

Does anyone have a recommendation or two they could pass along? Any experiences shared would be appreciated.

I bought my stripes from this place and installed them myself. They been on my vehicles since 2007 and still look great. My goal was to try vinyl stripes just to see if I like stripes on my car then get it painted. Still cant afford getting it painted
